Returns and Refunds Policy

At Scoplex, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, our Returns and Refunds policy provides a straightforward process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Policy:
We offer a 3-day return window, which means you have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scoplex.pk Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect the item immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@scoplex.pk We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items:
Skincare products once opened.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new one. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
